NYC Bed Bugs and Huge Eradication Costs?
Obviously NYC has a lot of large hotels and the cost of fumigating them for bed bugs can be substantial. A posh hotel in Kona Hawaii just had a major fumigation thanks to the annoying, ubiquitous bed bugs.
The hotel actually tried tropical applications. Perhaps a potion consisting of soothing aloe vera, ripe pineapple, aged poi, fresh passion fruit and old coconuts. When the tropical application didn’t destroy the bed bugs the hotel spent a ton of money on fumigation services.
The pest control company spent more than $100,000 on tarps, 5,000 clamps and other types of equipment. They even provided safety monitors and a crew of sixteen people.
The hotel is now bed bug free. However, a tourist could unknowingly bring in a gang of bed bugs and re-infest the posh hotel. If this happens the owner could probably be heard screaming “Oh the horror! The horror” all the way over in China, perhaps in Sweden.
NYC hotel owners have to wonder if they might be next to have to pay out a huge some of money to get rid of bed bugs.
If you have bed bugs ask a NJ, NYC bed bugs pest control professional to get rid of them. If you live in a house you probably won’t have to pay for 5,000 clamps.
