New Bed Bugs Plan for Apartments

Critics of bed bugs living in NJ, NYC, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and everywhere else may want to examine the new bed bug plan being utilized in Manchester N.H. After spending thousands of dollars and years of fighting bed bugs in the Langdon Mill apartment building, the tenants will move out of the building for a few weeks in order to try and get rid of the bed bugs. During the hiatus from their building the residents will receive education about preventing bed bugs infestations.

The landlord claims the tenants cause bed bug infestations by bringing in mattresses and furniture they find on the side of the road. During the relocation, infested furniture will be tossed out and clothes and linens will be cleaned. The city and a volunteer agency came up with the plan.

Why do they have to move out to receive bed bugs education? Will just removing infested furniture and cleaning clothes and linens really solve the bed bugs issue? Will some bed bugs infested furniture be left behind? What about all the bed bugs favorite hiding places? Will the residents be taking hitchhiking bed bugs to their temporary residence? Perhaps this bed bug plan will not please NJ and NYC residents.

Let a NJ, NYC bed bugs pest control expert eliminate the odious insects.

Banish Summer Party Crashers: Yellow Jackets

It’s too late. Too late in the season that is, for DIY yellow jacket traps. Those need to be set out in the spring so you catch the queen before she goes into major reproductive mode.

Not that those dangling plastic traps won’t fill up with yellow jackets. They will. But you won’t get them all.  Not by a long shot. Not now.

Just try having a backyard barbecue. Or a child’s birthday party with cake and ice cream. Yellow jackets love meat and they love sweets.  As soon as everyone is seated and the food is served, your guests and family will begin to grab their plates and dash inside away from the yellow jackets who will have started dive-bombing into the vittles.  So much for all the landscaping and care you gave your yard. What was the point if no one can really enjoy it because of those aggressive stinging insects?

A family in Maywood even bought a large screen-sided tent for their yard to keep yellow jackets away from their summer al fresco dinners. But then their curious cat jumped onto the tent from their roof and shredded it with his claws as he slid down.

Now they just call an expert NJ, NYC pest control company to banish the yellow jackets. You can do the same.  Then you can truly savor summer outdoors.

Will PETA Rescue Bed Bugs?

Perhaps most NJ and NYC residents have seen the video of President Obama having a Sumo wrestling match with a fly in the East Room of the White House. Well, actually he just swatted the fly and killed the critter. The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals aka PETA saw the horror going on in the White House and made a complaint. Some people might suggest that flies are not animals.

Perhaps PETA decided to take advantage of an opportunity to get some attention for themselves. I wonder if PETA people have ever killed a mosquito that was trying to remove some of their blood without obtaining permission. PETA announced they would send the White House a Katcha Bug Humane Bug Catcher contraption to deal with future insect incidents. Maybe after the fly is caught in the trap, the critter is then transported to a pleasant environment.

I wonder if PETA will be protesting the killing of bed bugs in NJ, NYC Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx? Perhaps they will initiate a new organization known as the People for the Ethical Treatment of Bed Bugs.

If you have bed bugs ask a NJ, NYC bed bugs pest control professional to eliminate the odious insects.
