Bees can make it difficult to enjoy the outside area of your home. Most honey bees won’t attack unless they feel threatened or they think the hive is threatened. Hey Africanized Bees, Stay Away From Italian Bee Hives

Africanized honey bees aka killer bees are more aggressive than the European subspecies. These mean bees enjoy taking over a hive and placing their queen bee in charge of the hive. They don’t put the established queen bee in prison or place her in exile in Bolivia. No they kill her. Oh my.

The inhabitants of an Africanized bee hive are much more likely to attack humans when they feel threatened when compared to the more docile standard European bees commonly found in NJ and NYC. They also attack with a large gang of bees. By the way, the most common of the European versions of bees living in the United States is the Italian bee. Professional bee keepers try their best to get rid of the mean strains of bees such as the Africanized versions and breed the nicer bees.

If you are dealing with bees in NJ, NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or in Manhattan ask a NJ, NYC bees pest control expert to take care of them for you.

NJ, NYC Homes May Contain a Bee Hive

NJ and NYC residents that are hearing bees buzzing about but don’t see a bee hive in a nearby tree might want to look for holes in their house. If you see bees buzzing in out out of a hole in the outer wall of your house you might have thousands of them hanging out in a hive in your home.

Queen bees are highly protective of their throne. The dominating queen bee will kill any other queen bee that want to rule the hive. You may also be interested to know that some experts claim bees will travel from three to six miles away from their hive for pollinating purposes. Perhaps they’re really just goofing off.

Bees Behaving Badly

NJ and NYC residents and everyone else can learn a lesson about bees from a recent incident in Yuma, Arizona. Be careful when working on trees. Six citrus grove workers were attacked by a gang of bees after one of them smacked a bee hive situated in a citrus tree. One of the workers went into shock from the bee stings. The other workers were stung by the bees numerous times and hid in ambulances in order to get away from the angry bees.

If you are being attacked by NYC bees and don’t have an ambulance nearby to hide in run away from the angry bees. Don’t stand around and swat at them. Yelling or politely asking NJ, NYC bees to leave you alone won’t work either. Don’t try to become a bee whisperer just run away.

If you are dealing with NJ, NYC, the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan or Brooklyn bees ask a NJ, NYC pest control professional to take care of them for you.

NJ, NYC Queen Bees Painted for a Good Reason

NJ and NYC residents and people living all over the place will be interested to learn that keeping managed bee hives in a town is a good strategy for controlling the assertive Africanized bees. A qualified bee keeper knows when his hives have been taken over by the aggressive Africanized bees.

The bee keepers in NJ, NYC and elsewhere actually mark the queen bees with paint so they will realize when the queen bee has been tossed out of the colony. When the Africanized bees take over the hive, the colony of bees typically becomes mean. The bee keeper typically removes the new queen from the colony and replaces her with a new, nice queen which is usually wrapped in a candy enclosure. The bees eat the enclosure in order to greet her. The procedure usually entices the other bees to give the new, nice queen their loyalty. So, stay away from Africanized honey bees.

If you have NJ, NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or Manhattan bees ask a NJ, NYC pest control expert to take care of the critters.
