Hey, all you living in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens and yes Manhattan the NYC Bed Bug Advisory bill was passed. Does that mean you get a free bed bug sniffing beagle? Well no, but you finally do get a bed bugs task force. Hopefully NYC residence are screaming Whoopee! Perhaps some are muttering “Oh well another task force.” Hopefully they won’t spend three million on snacks for meetings during the first year.

It’s important to make sure they include expert entomologists and experts in the extermination of bed bugs in the task force. It could also help to get the attention of NYC residents and the media if they include a celebrity or a sports star in the NYC bed bugs advisory board.

Perhaps they should also include someone who is really loud and assertive and perhaps even obnoxious who will do everything he can to get publicity about the bed bugs problem in NYC and will also alert the media if the advisory board is snoozing during their meetings. If the advisory board happens to come up with some insightful strategies that city officials are ignoring the really loud and assertive perhaps even obnoxious board member will take some action.
