A woman was admitted to the Bayonne Medical Center in Bayonne, New Jersey with a serious bed bugs infestation. The patient was quarantined in order to prevent the odious insects from spreading all over the hospital. The yucky details indicate that the horrible bed bugs were all over the patient. No statement had been made if she came to the hospital due to being attacked by bed bugs.
This brings up an issue: Should every patient entering a NJ, NYC hospital be asked “Do you have bed bugs” and “Have you ever had bed bugs” and other related questions.
Hospital administrators tend to look at patients as potential lawsuits. One patient with bed bugs could turn into a large number of patients with bed bugs and numerous bed bug lawsuits. Perhaps hospitals will purchase bed bug sniffing Beagles to sniff everyone before they enter the hospital including staff members. Perhaps not but having a bed bug infestation is not good public relations for NJ, NYC hospitals.
If you have NJ, NYC, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx or Brooklyn bed bugs ask a NJ, NYC bed bugs pest control expert to destroy them.
