We are using Google Analytics cookie sets and scripting to track activity on our website. The information collected is not personally identifiable. We use this information to measure activity and for use in our own business marketing programs.
We are not using Google Analytics special User-ID function to track and report your actions across multiple devices. Nor do we import our e-newsletter mailing list to Google Analytics for targeting and tracking purposes.
We do make every effort to retain a short time period for user event and data retention that Google Analytics allows which is 38 months. If we change our data retention policy we will post it here.
We would like to express the importance making an accurate selection before you purchase any bed bug related products from us. Please be sure to take measurements carefully of your mattress, box spring and pillows prior to purchase of any of bed bug encasement products. Also, be sure of your selection of any bed bug monitors or bed bug heating devices.
Due to the nature of these products and possibility of bed bugs and their eggs being transferred, these items are not returnable once opened from their original factory packaging. For the safety of all of our customers, we simply cannot risk any transfer back to our warehouse of bed bugs or their eggs.
